The Golden Digits is a monthly contest organised by a group of national and international Olympians from Romania. The contest consists of three problems, matching the style and difficulty of the IMO. It takes place online, every third Saturday of every month, during the school year. At each edition, the top contestants are awarded monetary prizes, totalling 2300 RON (460 EUR).
Candidates have to register for each edition individually. This is done by sending an e-mail to inscriere.concurs@asociatiavreausainvat.ro with the following information: full name, country and year of study. The next edition is to be scheduled.
During the contest, the contestants will be audio-video monitored on zoom. Solutions must be written in Romanian, English or French and the competitors must write their code on each separate sheet. At the end of the contest, the solutions must be scanned and sent by e-mail to rezolvari@asociatiavreausainvat.ro. For more information, read the contest regulations.
